Peter is a man who is quick to anger and always more than ready to kick in the face of the idiot willing to face his rage. He can often seem anxious or even frightened of the world around him, but don’t be fooled. He’s an individual that’s risen to the top for a reason, and he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty or use dirty tricks to win a fight. Usually seen with a wary look on his face, he can be rather high-strung but relaxes in the company of people who have earned his trust.
He’s loyal and affectionate to the people he loves, but that doesn't mean that they’re exempt from the brunt of his temper. AKA he’s a tsundere.


BACKGROUND:
Peter grew up in a small household with his mother and father in Chromatica, a second generation child affected with Chromatism. Not very well off, Peter’s family nonetheless were able to provide him with a stable if somewhat strained childhood. His parents were strict on him with his education, and he chafed under their constant scolding. He turned to staying after school in the chemistry labs to avoid going home and because he was fascinated by Chemistry in general. There, he met a mafia member by the alias “Fox” who had been filching Chemistry supplies by blackmailing the science department’s head teacher and selling it out on the black market in order to create drugs. Instead of killing Peter, Fox instead decided to force him to steal chemicals and create drugs. In the end, Peter became Fox’s protégé.

Though a rather straight-laced person, Peter became entrapped in the drug circles and mafia life soon afterwards. Joining the #0000FF-800080 family, he quickly rose up in the ranks due to the backing of Fox and with his own cunning and intelligence. He eventually became boss a year or two ago, taking over the previous head after he had fallen ill, and cut off all ties to his normal life to avoid connecting them to him. Sometimes, he feels as if he’s not meant for the mafia lifestyle, but he makes due and instead tries to be the best boss possible in order to protect his loved ones.

DAY TIME JOB
Peter works as a florist for a small shop he set up with his lover a few years back. He has a manager to take care of most of the business, especially since he also runs a mafia faction, but is seen from time to time. He enjoys learning flower meanings and creating bouquets from his personal garden back home. The shop's name is Cottontail Flowers.

POWERS:

Blue/Purple: A rather powerful controller of plants and nature, he can make flora grow from just about anywhere to aid him. He often times carries in his inner suit pockets genetically modified vine seeds that he can make grow in seconds to help aid in battle. However, he is fond of slamming his steel-tipped boots onto the floor to let any roots and vines tangle around his opponents and leave them dangling upside for him to toy with. His boots are also infused with what seem to be dead vines that he can momentarily bring back to life to aid him in a pinch.

Yellow/Green: It is not so much as healing powers as it is that his plants medical values are strengthened enough for people to feel their affects more quickly. The medicine made from his plants is also more effective than most and he carries around a small case of it with him.
